As mountain biking enthusiasts, we are always on the lookout for new trails to explore and challenges to conquer. That's why we at Fit Gear Spot, along with blogger Jamie Gruttadauria, have decided to put together a local resource for fellow mountain bikers in the Finger Lakes region. These trails are some of our favorites to visit in and around the region, offering a variety of terrain and experiences for riders of all skill levels.

Maintained by GROC:

Most of the local parks mentioned in this article are maintained by the Genesee Region Off-Road Cyclists (GROC), a nonprofit organization striving to improve public lands and community wellness in the Genesee Region. GROC provides great off-road cycling experiences, advocacy, and education for trail users, ensuring that these trails remain accessible and enjoyable for all.
